Bringing over 19 years of dynamic expertise in both the financial sector and agribusiness, Stephen forte lies in project management, operations, and fostering impactful partnerships. Within the financial sector, my tenure at Standard Chartered Bank encompassed advisory roles and operational prowess, sharpening my strategic insights.
In the realm of agribusiness, Stephen forged connections directly with farmers and aggregators, spearheading supply chain leadership and procurement strategies at Usibras Ghana. Stephen’s previous role as a Former Procurement Officer at AFFCOT Ghana enabled him to blend sales acumen with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain dynamics.
Stephen hold B.A. in Political Science from the University of Ghana and Executive M.B.A. in Project Management from the same University.

Throughout her career, Grace has demonstrated the ability to create strategic partnerships that contribute to the overall growth of businesses. Her expertise lies in driving sales and effectively managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
She understands the importance of maintaining strong connections with stakeholders and leveraging these relationships to achieve business objectives. Grace has a track record of success that makes her an invaluable asset in driving business growth and achieving long-term success.
Grace holds an MBA from the University of Staffordshire, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing from Central University, Ghana.
Grace is a dedicated Lay Preacher and Treasurer of the Susana Wesley Mission Auxiliary (SUWMA) within the Methodist Church Ghana. Additionally, she serves as the Gender and Family Coordinator for the Methodist Church Ghana, showcasing her commitment to various roles within the church community.

Isaac is an experienced professional actuary and financial services leader with a demonstrated history of building businesses to profitability or turning around businesses.
Isaac is very strategic, analytical, assertive, result-oriented, and a great team player. He has sound leadership skills and together with his business acumen and professional background make Isaac a strong leader in the business world today.
He was the Former General Manager of Metropolitan Life Insurance Ghana Limited and the Former Managing Director of Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited.
Isaac is the Consulting Actuary for FamilyCare Funeral Trust Limited. He serves on numerous boards. Prior to joining Vanguard Life, he was Senior Manager, Operations (Business Services) at United Pension Trustees Limited, Ghana. In his roles, he was very instrumental in the development of all the required documentation forthe National Pensions Regulatory Authority which led to licensing United Pension Trustees Limited as an Approved Corporate Trustee.
Isaac started his job role as Senior Actuarial Analyst at the National Insurance Commission, Ghana. Also, Isaac has worked as a consulting actuary on various projects at UNITED ACTUARIES & CONSULTANTS.
Isaac is a Fellow Member of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries – U.S.A (FCA), a Fellow Member of the Actuarial Society of Ghana – Ghana (FASG), a Fellow Member of Actuaire Du Monde (AdM) – France; an Associate Member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries – Canada (ACIA), Society of Actuaries – U.S.A (ASA); Partly Qualified Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) – with one exam to qualify; and has had extensive exposure through training programs, presentations, etc. with various institutions. Among such institutions include the Society of Actuaries (USA), Canadian Institute of Actuaries (Canada), Toronto Centre (Canada), National Insurance Commission (Ghana), Financial Stability Institute Connect (Switzerland), MicroEnsure (South Africa) & GIZ-Ghana, Rocky Hill Group (Actuarial Consulting Group- USA) as well as Munich Re Africa (South Africa), 2014 Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) the Middle East & Africa Network Meeting in Cape Town (South Africa), World Pension Summit 2014 (Hague, Nederland), Hollard Group Risk International (HGRI) 2015 Africa Conference, Rosebank – Johannesburg (South Africa), etc.

Isaac graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon – Ghana with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Mathematics and Statistics. Also, he holds an MBA in Finance from Coventry University, United Kingdom.
Isaac was a Featured Actuary for the Society of Actuaries (U.S.A) first University Outreach Program in Ghana with Kwame Nkrumah University Science & Technology. Isaac also served as a non-elected member on the Life Council of the Ghana Insurers Association and also served as the Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee on NIC New Solvency Framework-Life. Isaac is also a Committee Member of the Life & Microinsurance Working Group of the Actuarial Society of Ghana.
